Our products are extremely shelf stable. We never suggest refrigerating or freezing any of our products due to the high water content

What are your international shipping options?
We ship all orders via USPS/Global Post. Priority Mail International (insured) shipping takes 10-14 days for delivery, and First-Class International (not insured) shipping takes 14-21 days for delivery. Delivery times are estimates. Once the package arrives in your country, you will need to pay customs fees before your local post can proceed with final delivery. While we make every effort to adhere to international import policies, it is ultimately the buyer’s responsibility to check your country's import policies before ordering. Please note that some countries may prohibit the importation of more than a 90-day supply of some dietary supplements in a single order. Orders that are seized by your local customs cannot be refunded. Nano-Ojas assumes no liability and is not responsible for taxes, customs fees, damage, or loss to product once out of the United States. We cannot accept returns on international orders.

What is your return policy?
Unopened and unused products with the safety seal intact purchased from www.nanoojas.net may be returned for a full refund, exchange, or replacement within 30 days from the date of purchase. The cost of return shipping is not included in the eligible refund amount. Please make sure to pack your return carefully. Nano-Ojas is not responsible for damaged or lost returns in transit. The refund process may take between 7-10 business days to be reviewed once the package arrives at our facility. We cannot accept returns on international orders.
